Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)

The WRT training program exhibits the true effects of water damage from water loss, sewer backups, and mold
infestations. It gives our employees an understanding of the procedures and techniques required to dry spaces such as
living rooms, crawlspaces, subfloors, and in between walls.

Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)

Smoke is a combination of hot gas and aerosolized particles, such as soot and ash, so a fire can leave structures stained.
Furthermore, restoration efforts require the need to remove stains and deodorize the home. Left over water and debris can
cause unwelcomed odors in the future; therefore, fixing it right the first time provides long lasting peace. This course
